Zusammen mit dem Product Owner bildest Du als Lead Software Engineer (m/w/d) das Verantwortungsduo für ein Software Engineering Team. Du hast das Talent dein Team zu motivieren, zu inspirieren und ihm auf dem Weg zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss zur Seite zu stehen? Du bist ein Problemlöser, Mentor und Kommunikationstalent, der für ein produktives Arbeitsumfeld sorgt? Du gestaltest aktiv den Entwicklungs- und Aufgabenhorizont Deines Teams? » Deine Aufgaben:

Modellierung und Implementierung nutzer- und anforderungsgetriebener Business Software Mentoring und Coaching der Entwickler*innen Fördern und Aufbauen von sinnvollen Standards und Konventionen Mitarbeit an Recruiting und Team-Building Zusammen mit dem Product Owner bist Du verantwortlich für eine gute Ausgewogenheit fachlicher und technischer Themen auf der Roadmap Einschätzung der Komplexität und technischen Realisierbarkeit von Anforderungen Verbessern der Developer Experience, Auswahl von Tools und Workflows Anforderungsgetriebene Entwicklung der Prozesse im Backend werden von Dir mit der passenden Architektur umgesetzt Du bist Teil der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktspezialisten aus Logistik und UX, um neue Funktionen gemeinsam zu konzipieren und zu entwickeln Du arbeitest intensiv mit Entwicklern zusammen und führst Code Reviews durch


» Dein Profil:

Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrungen in der Software Entwicklung Erfahrung im Führen von Teams Erfahrung in digitaler Produktentwicklung Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Java & Spring Boot oder vergleichbaren Technologien Leidenschaft für Modellierung, Clean Code und Behaviour-Driven Testing Kenntnisse in Eventsourcing/CQRS, Event Driven Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker und Cloud-Native basierten Umgebungen Arbeit im Frontend ist kein Fremdwort für dich und idealerweise hast du schon die eine oder andere komplexere Frontend Anwendung mit Typescript umgesetzt
