Social Counseling advises individual employees and teams in professional and private conflict and crisis situations as well as psychological problems. It qualifies, advises and supports managers in difficult to extremely problematic management situations. It aims to further develop psychosocial leadership skills in the areas of cooperation, leadership tasks, change, family and private life, psyche and behavior as well as the topic of addiction and to promote managers' confidence in their actions. In addition, she supports functionaries, such as employees in HR management or the works council, with psychosocial problems in the above-mentioned areas of tension in their respective roles and conducts area-specific consultations and workshops.

You will face these challenges:

You will advise employees and teams at the Stuttgart site (Untertürkheim/ Mettingen) on psychosocial issues such as conflicts in the workplace or dealing with colleagues who have mental health problems or are experiencing a life crisis for other reasons or whose behavior is affecting cooperation You advise and mediate employees in the event of tensions at work or in their private lives, over-indebtedness, mental health problems and difficulties in dealing with legal or illegal drugs - you cooperate with external institutions such as clinics, counseling centers, the integration office or specialist service for this purpose You will advise managers on their psychosocial leadership skills, e.g. on their responsibility, role, mental hygiene and problem-solving approach in dealing with employees who have become abnormal due to life crises, conflicts, psychological problems or addiction or whose behavior has caused operational disruptions - you will work with the manager to analyze problematic behavior and relationship patterns, develop solution strategies and supervise the further process You will independently design and conduct workshops and seminars lasting several days for managers and other functionaries from the areas of HR, the works council and representatives of severely disabled employees on the above-mentioned topics You intervene in acute crisis situations, e.g. acute psychotic disregard for reality or suicidal statements by employees, and initiate the appropriate emergency care After potentially traumatizing events, such as accidents at work, you will take preventative measures as part of PSNV to counteract the development of post-traumatic stress disorders or carry these out independently You will also advise functionaries, such as employees in HR management or on their role and approach to psychosocial issues You will support or, if necessary, take on cross-site cross-sectional social counseling functions in the Center Health & Safety Qualifikationen

Ideally, you should have the following:

Completed studies in the field of social work, social education or psychology Systemic counseling or therapy qualification and experience in systemic therapy or counseling, ideally in corporate social counseling Knowledge and experience in coaching managers as well as in the conception, implementation and moderation of seminars and in quality management Knowledge of MS Office and client management systems Ability to manage projects and create presentations Structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working Commitment and ability to work in a team
