Accountant/ Controller (d/m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB as well as US GAAP
• Preparation of budget and reforecasts
• Taking over of accounting activities
• Creation and posting of accruals and deferrals
• Management of fixed assets
• Preparation and support during tax audits
• Monthly reporting to the parent company
• Internal contact person for questions regarding the accounting system

Your profile:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification with a focus on business administration
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (including calculation of manufacturing costs)
• Knowledge of the accounting system used (Oracle) is an advantage
• Confident handling of the common MS Office applications, especially good knowledge of Excel
• High degree of responsibility, self-motivation, conscientiousness and commitment
• Very good English language skills
