Volatile Beschaffungsmärkte, diversen Risiken ausgesetzte Supply Chains, dynamisches Kundenverhalten, gesellschaftliche und rechtliche Veränderungen - der heutige Einkauf sieht sich zahlreichen kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Herausforderungen gegenüber.In unserer Business Unit Procurement & Supplier Management unterstützen wir unsere Kunden darin, die Transformation zu einer modernen und wettbewerbsfähigen Procurement Organisation zu meistern: von strategischen Fragestellungen im Hinblick auf die Zukunftsausrichtung des Einkaufs, das Risikomanagement wie auch Sustainability in der Lieferkette oder des Warengruppen- und Lieferantenmanagements über die Umsetzung in der Einkaufsorganisation, in den Prozessen und IT-Systemen bis zur Verankerung im Steuerungsmodell. Und das in einzelnen Optimierungsinitiativen genauso wie in ganzheitlichen Procurement & Supplier Management Transformationsprojekten.

Du steuerst beispielsweise Projekte zur Durchführung von Spend Analysen, Savings Potenzial Identifikation, Savings Maßnahmen Erarbeitung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen und die Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungen in Warengruppen und sicherst somit den nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Kunden.
