Das erwartet Dich
In unseren Projekten entwickelst Du Strategien für namhafte Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen und schaffst die notwendigen Grundlagen für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung. Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst Du dafür die Projektleitung oder -verantwortung bei unseren Kundenprojekten, verantwortest Kundenaccounts und leitest Akquiseaktivitäten. Als Senior Manager akquirierst Du Neukunden, erstellst individuelle Angebotspakete und führst Verhandlungsgespräche. Darüber hinaus überführst Du topaktuelle Technologie-Trends in neuartige Geschäftsideen, leitest daraus tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle und Strategien ab und entwickelst so unseren Beratungsschwerpunkt CRM / Customer Engagement und Digital Commerce weiter. Abhängig von Deiner Erfahrung übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Fachthemen, Menschen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse und Methoden. Als (Senior) Manager entwickelst Du neue Vermarktungskonzepte sowie Monetarisierungsoptionen, optimierst interne Abläufe und Prozesse, und verantwortest den Aufbau, die Führung und die Entwicklung des Consulting Teams.
Das bringst Du mit
Ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit einem Fokus im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik, IT oder Innovation. Du verfügst bereits über umfangreiches Know-how im Umfeld CRM & Omnichannel und idealerweise auch Digital Commerce in der Beratung und / oder der Umsetzung oder Mitarbeit in einem Team auf Unternehmensseite von mindestens 6-8 Jahren. Als Manager hattest Du ebenso Berührungspunkte mit der strategischen Anwendung von Daten im Omnichannel Commerce Kontext, und bist mit CRM Plattformen sowie neuen Customer Engagement Trends im Ansatz vertraut. Als Senior Manager bist Du mit diesen Themen in der Tiefe routiniert. Du weißt, wie man eine Customer Journey und ein Customer Journey Mapping erarbeitet. Idealerweise verfügst Du über Erfahrung mit agilen Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen. Darüber hinaus sind fundierte Erfahrung und Begeisterung für mehrere der folgenden Themen von Vorteil: Digitale Geschäftsmodelle, Unternehmensstrategie, Transformationsmanagement, (agile) Organisationsentwicklung, neue Entwicklungen im Bereich AI Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung. Eine freundliche und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Führungserfahrung, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch, sicherem Auftreten sowie einer notwendigen Portion Neugier und Humor.
