Für unseren Kunden Airbus Operations am Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Supply Officer Power on board (d/m/w) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Bei Eignung ist eine Übernahme durch den Kunden in Aussicht gestellt.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders (supply chain quality, contract managers, engineering, supply management production interfaces, logistic coordinators, program representatives, warehouse operators)
  • Forecasting activities
  • Placement and follow up of purchase orders
  • Support of New Parts Introduction with Multi Functional Team and support of operational action
  • Managing and monitoring of rework Purchase Order with the supplier and the strategic buffer to maintain the right level of coverage to protect Airbus production plants
  • Problem Solving on recurrent issues
  • Attendance to performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers
  • Attendance to internal team meetings
  • Reporting activities & associated data analysis
  • Inventory management activities and contribution to improvement projects

 

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

Berufsausbildung

  • Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau (mind. Berufsausbildung mit langj. Berufserfahrung) oder
  • Industriekaufmann/frau (mind. Berufsausbildung mit langj. Berufserfahrung) und/oder

Studium

  • Wirtschaftsingenieur (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang) oder
  • Betriebswirtschaft (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang) oder
  • Supply Chain / Logistics (mind. Bachelor-Studiengang)

Berufserfahrung

  • Einkauf (mind. über 2 Jahre)
  • Lieferantenmanagement (mind. über 2 Jahre)
  • Supply Chain / Logistics (min. über 3 Jahre)

IT

  • MS-Office (mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis)
  • SAP (mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen)
  • Google Workspace von Vorteil

Weitere Qualifikationen

  • SAP PGI/PDA Kenntnisse sind erforderlich

Sonstiges

  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (bis zu 3-5 Mal im Jahr)

Sprachkenntnisse

  • Deutsch (mind. fortgeschritten B1)
