Du möchtest gerne Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing sammeln oder auch bereits bestehendes Wissen erweitern? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Wir suchen engagierte Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Marketing-Teams am Standort Darmstadt.
Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Mitarbeitern bekommst du die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Einblicke in die Wella- Markenwelt zu erhalten und zu vertiefen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen u.a.:
Mitwirken bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Produkt-Lancierungen und Relaunches Analysen zur Markenperformance und Ausarbeiten von Empfehlungen für das Management Projektarbeiten (z. B. Planung & Umsetzung von Word of Mouth Kampagnen, Abstimmung des Social Media Contents, Gestalten der Produktübersicht) Marktbeobachtung: Marktanalysen auf Basis von Marktforschungs- und Handelsdaten, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung inkl. Versand des Competitor Newsletters Bereich POS & Media: Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen (Graphik, Media, PR, Internet) Erstellen von Präsentationen zur Vorstellung von Marketing-Maßnahmen E-Commerce Support (Content, Search und Aktivierungen) Entwickeln und Beschaffen von POS-Material / Zugaben / lokaler Produktmodifikationen Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen wie Sales / Produktmarketing / Trade Marketing / Supply und Global Marketing Generelle Unterstützung des Teams bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben & ProjektenDER IDEALE FIT
Mind. 3 Fachsemestern im Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung, idealerweise Schwerpunkt Marketing Interesse für den Bereich Marketing und idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrungen Hohe Beauty-Affinität Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässig- und Genauigkeit Ausgeprägter „Business Sense“, Agilität und gesunder Pragmatismus („Hands-On Mentalität“) Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, insbesondere Eigeninitiative, Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel Kenntnisse von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmarketing wünschenswert; Erfahrung in Digital-Marketing & E-Commerce von VorteilWAS DICH BEI WELLA ERWARTET
