RESPONSIBILITIES

Support our culturally diverse and dynamic team for 5-6 months as part of your mandatory internship in the field of personnel transfers. During your internship, you work in the Transfer Services team and support in both day-to-day business and project work.

From day one, you are actively involved in all phases of a transfer, including administrative support. You are a part of the Transfer Services team, and work closely with the Transfer Consulting team on daily activities as well as projects. Additionally, you have the opportunity to contribute your ideas for process optimization and support implementation initiatives. You contribute to and support the development of knowledge management in the team. You have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and expand your network.

QUALIFICATIONS

enrolled student and ideally initial experience abroad affinity for IT programs and interest in digitalization proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint strong communication skills in German and English ability to work in a team and openness to new ideas
