As a Client Principal, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, serving as the key account manager for major customers. You will be the main contact point, responsible for nurturing customer relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring the delivery (time & budget) to grow the business and footprint.

That’s what it’s about

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary consulting contact point and advocate.
  • Understand customer needs and business drivers, and work closely with customers to tailor MobiLab’s offerings to meet customer goals.
  • Lead the strategic account planning process (end-to-end), ensuring that all customer needs, deliverables, and expectations are clearly understood and met with long-term accountability. 
  • Manage the sales pipeline related to partner-driven opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Drive the profitability of your accounts, being fully accountable for the profit and loss (P&L) management for your customers.
  • Track and report sales performance & KPIs and provide regular reports to the Managing Directors.
  • Collaborate with various MobiLab team members to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts to maximise our technology partner engagement and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology partner programs, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of improvement and growth opportunities.

At heart, you are a passionate team player who respects the opinions of his colleagues, as well as:

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through effective partnership management.
  • Proven experience in account management, particularly in managing major accounts with full P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization (especially the Management Level).
  • Proactive and self-motivated person capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to travel to partners, customers and meetings.
  • Fluent in English and German.
