You can look forward to
Responsible for incoming and outgoing reinsurance statements of account Correspondence with internal interfaces and external customers Claims processing Checking, processing and posting statements of account including assuring completion Consultation with medical underwriters Sanction screening Independent processing of current accounts Payment initiation of reconciled balances in SAP-ABS or alternatively manually Processing of payments made with balancing of accounts including payment and exchange rate differences Processing of payments and technical postings that cannot be clearly assigned Initiating the creation of new bank details Annual (quarterly) closing work Checking estimates and determination of any additional reserves Documentation of anomalies Archiving and inventory maintenance
You come equipped with
Degree in business administration and/or commercial training with appropriate professional experience (Initial) experience in the life insurance sector of an insurance and/or reinsurance company of advantage Knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting guidelines English and German language skills at a conversational level Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and SAP knowledge High affinity for IT topics and willingness to familiarise yourself with various IT technologies Very good understanding of numbers as well as analytical and conceptual skills An independent and flexible way of workingDon't meet all the requirements?
