Dein Aufgabenbereich:

Analyse der Unternehmensstrategie, -organisation und -prozesse und Entwicklung KPI-Systemen zur operativen Steuerung Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Workshops und Ergebnispräsentationen für das Top-Management des Mandanten Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von unternehmensweiten Strategie- und Transformationsprojekten Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung von Studien sowie neuer Methoden und Beratungsansätze Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder für den Business Transformation-Bereich

Dein Profil:

Studium: Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (mindestens 3 abgeschlossene Semester) mit sehr guten akademischen Leistungen Idealerweise relevante Praxiserfahrungen in Industrie oder Unternehmensberatung Begeisterung für Strategie, Transformation und Operations Hohe Interaktions- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten, sicheres professionelles Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit Problemlösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Persönlichkeit
