Wir suchen einen Field Service Engineer , der das Team unseres Kunden in München verstärkt. Die Rolle ist bei einem der weltweit größten umfassenden Motorenhersteller angesiedelt, und wir freuen uns, die Suche nach einem erfahrenen Fachmann im Automobilbereich zu unterstützen.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Dient als Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei technischen, betrieblichen und vor Ort servicebezogenen Anliegen. Führt vor Ort Installationen, Systemeinrichtungen, Kalibrierungen, Tests, Reparaturen und vorbeugende Wartungen der Produkte und Geräte des Unternehmens sowohl beim Kunden als auch im regionalen Büro durch. Erstellt Arbeitszusammenfassungen in Form von Serviceberichten über Aktivitäten und festgestellte Probleme während eines Serviceeinsatzes. Erstellt und pflegt für jedes technische Support- und Serviceproblem einen Ticketfall. Liefert wöchentliche Berichte über tägliche Aktivitäten an den Manager. Unterstützt die Vertriebsabteilung bei der Kommunikation der Merkmale, Vorteile, Mechanik und Funktionsweise neuer Produkte. Schult Kunden in der Wartung, Bedienung und Anpassung von Produkten des Unternehmens. Fördert Serviceverträge und organisiert spezifische Teile zur Erfüllung vereinbarter Serviceverträge.

Fähigkeiten

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Außendienst Kritisches Denken außerhalb der gewohnten Denkmuster Installation, Kalibrierung und Wartung von Geräten Fähigkeiten zur sofortigen Fehlerbehebung, Diagnose und Problemlösung Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch erforderlich Fähigkeit, flexible Schichten zu arbeiten und sich an wechselnde Arbeitszeiten anzupassen Vertrautheit mit mobilen Werkzeugen und Anwendungen Technischer Abschluss oder Zertifizierung
