Ihre Aufgaben - Was erwartet Sie als Business Intelligence Solution Architekt (w/m/d)? 

 

  • Sie gestalten aktiv die Reporting-Landschaft und Data-Warehousing-Struktur bei Siegwerk, einschließlich Datenpipelines, Datenbereitstellung und Datenverwaltung.

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Bereitstellung von Berichten, Dateneinblicken und Business-Intelligence-Lösungen für verschiedene Stakeholder innerhalb des Unternehmens.

  • Sie analysieren Daten- und Transparenzbedarfe gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Business Ownern aus allen Geschäftsfunktionen.

  • Sie machen unsere Prozesse greifbar, indem Sie Process Mining Tools einsetzen, relevante Daten verstehen und KPIs entwickeln, um Prozesserfolg und -stabilität zu messen.

  • Sie führen Inhouse-Schulungen durch, um Self-Service Business Intelligence weltweit zu ermöglichen und zu verbessern.

 

Ihr Profil - Was bringen Sie als Business Intelligence Solution Architekt (w/m/d) mit? 

 

  • Sie verfügen über ein einschlägiges Bachelor- oder Master-Studium oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss und haben Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Analytics, Consulting und/oder Controlling. 

  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an der Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Verbesserung der Unternehmensleistung.

  • Sie haben Erfahrung mit Business Intelligence und/oder Process Mining Tools (wie Tableau, Qlik, Celonis, vorzugsweise Power BI).

  • Sie haben sowohl mit Cloud- als auch mit On-Premise-Speichersystemen gearbeitet (MS SQL Server, SAP Business Warehouse oder Azure Synapse).

  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in Python (oder ähnlichem).

  • Sie sprechen fließend Englisch und Deutsch und verfügen über ausgezeichnete Microsoft Excel- und Microsoft PowerPoint-Kenntnisse.

  • Sie haben die Denkweise eines Business Partners und sind flexibel genug, um sich an unterschiedliche kulturelle Hintergründe und Erwartungen anzupassen.
