Du hast den strategischen Weitblick:  Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Pflege und Steuerung der Produkt-Roadmap, einschließlich der Abstimmung mit den Stakeholdern. Du trägst Verantwortung:  Als Product Owner verantwortest du den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung für die Infrastruktur unserer Datenplattform. Du packst mit an:  Du ergreifst die Initiative und unterbreitest auf der Grundlage Deiner Analyse Vorschläge für die technische, aber auch fachliche Verbesserung der Datenplattform während der Aufbauphase und der Betriebsphase. Du hast den Durchblick:  Du konzentrierst dich auf kurze Sprints und behältst mit Deinem strategischen und technischen Verständnis die langfristige Entwicklung im Auge. Du sorgst für Transparenz:  Eine transparente Kommunikation in das gesamte Unternehmen sowie innerhalb des Teams ist dir wichtig und darin blühst du auf.

Was zeichnet dich aus?

Dein Ausbildungsweg ist zweitrangig für uns. Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass du Erfahrung als Product Owner, Projektleitung oder in ähnlichen Funktionen mitbringst. Du kannst auf Augenhöhe mit den Expert*innen aus dem Umfeld Cloud-Technologien sowie Business Intelligence diskutieren. Du bringst eine Affinität zu Daten und IT mit. Außerdem bist du dienstleistungsorientiert, kommunizierst effektiv und kannst gut zuhören. Du lässt nicht nur Zahlen und Daten sprechen, sondern kommunizierst sehr souverän mit allen Ebenen unseres Unternehmens. Die Vermittlung zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholder*innen liegt dir im Blut. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowohl in Wort als auch Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
