Evonik ist ein bedeutender Produzent von C4-Chemikalien mit mehr als 50 Jahren Erfahrung. Der Geschäftsbereich der C4-Chemie wurde im Jahr als Evonik Oxeno GmbH & Co.KG ausgegliedert und bereitet sich aktuell auf die eigenständige Aufstellung vor.
Wir produzieren u. a. Vorprodukte für Kunststoffe, Beschichtungen, Schmierstoffe und Spezialchemikalien in unseren Werken in Marl und Antwerpen und legen dabei Wert auf ressourcenschonende Produktion und den Einsatz neuer Technologien.

- Sie verantworten die Durchführung der Monatsabschluss-, Quartalsabschluss- und Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten in der Anlagenbuchhaltung und erstellen den Anlagenspiegel
- Dabei sind Sie Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Anfragen für die Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Investitionsanträge prüfen Sie auf ihre Aktivierungsfähigkeit bzw. pflicht nach IFRS und HGB
- Sie führen Auswertungen durch und erstellen Reports
- Sie erfragen die Betriebsbereitschaft laufender Investitionsprojekte an und erstellen bzw. führen detaillierte Buchungen durch
- Sie planen und organisieren Anlageninventuren und pflegen die Inventurrichtlinien
- Sie begleiten und entwickeln Sonderprojekte, die für die Anlagenbuchhaltung relevant sind
- Sie optimieren stetig die Prozesse und stellen die Qualität der Anlagenbuchhaltung sicher
- Sie haben Ihren Bachelorabschluss in BWL oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter:in abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, insb. in der Anlagenbuchhaltung mit
- Und verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung von Fixed Assets, ebenfalls nach IFRS und HGB
- Sie beherrschen den Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel) und SAP, speziell das Modul R/3 FI
- Auch haben Sie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeiten strukturiert sowie gewissenhaft
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie treiben eigeninitiativ Projekte voran und überzeugen andere von Ihren Ideen
- Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
