Im Detail bedeutet das

Als Team Leader bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unser internationales, mehrsprachiges Projekt-Management-Team, welches aus internen und externen Mitarbeitern besteht. Mitarbeitergespräche (Zielvereinbarung, Feedbackgespräche etc.) sind genauso ein Teil deines Jobs wie die vorausschauende Ausbauplanung für das Team. Dein Fokus liegt auf der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Content-Marketing-Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung des Standard-Projektmanagement-Prozesses.  Dazu gehören zum Beispiel diese Schritte: Freigabe und Kontrolle der Projektvorkalkulationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und Kunden Verteilung der Projekte innerhalb des Projektmanager-Teams  Erstellung und Durchführung monatlicher Disposition- und Auftragsplanungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung Sicherstellen, dass alle Projekte im Projektmanagement-Tool „ClickUp“ korrekt dargestellt und gepflegt werden Durchführung von Projektnachkalkulation und Projektabstimmungen

Deine Rolle

Du bist in der Lage an Projekten mitzuarbeiten oder sie selbst zu übernehmen. Genauso bist du Coach für unsere Projektmanager und stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Dabei steht für dich im Vordergrund, für Textbroker das Maximale aus allen Projekten herauszuholen und dabei immer die Kundenzufriedenheit im Blick zu behalten. Du stimmst dich eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie z.B. dem Vertrieb oder unserer Freelancer-Koordination ab. Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung des Umsatzforecasts mit und sorgst für dessen Einhaltung.

Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein vertriebsorientiertes Denken im internationalen Umfeld Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung von internen wie auch externen Teammitgliedern und Kenntnisse im Bereich Content-Marketing oder Project Management Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten auch bei schwierigeren Gesprächen Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
