Ihre Aufgaben

DLE Living GmbH ist ein Tochterunternehmen der DLE Group AG. Sie ist ein spezialisierter Investmentmanager für jegliche Investitionen in den Gesundheitsmarkt. Aktuell fokussieren wir uns auf stationäre Pflegeeinrichtungen und betreutes Wohnen in Deutschland.  

  • Durchführung von Markt- und Branchenanalysen
  • Identifizierung und Analyse von geeigneten Investitionen sowie Erstellung von Investitionsvorlagen 
  • Financial Modelling und Strukturierung von potenziellen Investmentopportunitäten
  • Leitung des Due Diligence- und Verhandlungsprozesses bis Investitionsabschluss
  • Entwicklung von Investitionskonzepten nach finanziellen und strategischen Gesichtspunkten
  • Aus- und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen und Pflege der Bestandskunden
  • Abwicklung von Immobilientransaktionen
  • Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen für Entscheidungsgremien
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Fonds- und Asset Management
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von RE-Fonds-Produkten 
Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben einen sehr guten akademischen Abschluss mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung.
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung als Investment Manager, Analyst oder vergleichbar und überzeugen durch
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich (RE) Private Equity/Venture Capital, Business/ Corporate Development, Investment Banking und /oder Consulting.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, präzise, strukturiert und leistungsorientiert.
  • Sie sind tatkräftig, haben analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken und sind offen für neue Ideen.
  • Sie überzeugen mit Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Ihr professionelles, sympathisches und seriöses Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern und Kollegen ist geprägt von Integrität, diplomatischem Geschick und Empathie.
  • Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch-, gute Englisch sowie exzellente MS Office Kenntnisse.
