Als Produkt Analyst - Business Data & Insights (m/w/d) , berichtest Du an unseren Head of Product Operations und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Analyse, Interpretation und Visualisierung von Daten, um die Produktleistung zu verbessern und weitreichende, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Zu den Hauptaufgaben zählen, tiefgehende Erkenntnisse aus Daten zu gewinnen, Analysen zu automatisieren und skalierbare Tools zu entwickeln, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Daten effektiv genutzt werden.

Was erwartet dich?

Überwachung und Analyse wichtiger Produktkennzahlen (z. B. ARR, MAU, Kundenbindung) zur Bewertung der Produktleistung Erstellung und Pflege von Dashboards, um den Produkterfolg in Echtzeit sichtbar zu machen Entwicklung skalierbarer Datenpipelines zur Zentralisierung von KPIs und zur Verringerung der Abhängigkeit von Ad-hoc-Anfragen Implementierung von Tools zur Automatisierung der Berichterstattung und Verbesserung der Entscheidungsprozesse Entwicklung umsetzbarer Erkenntnisse zur Steuerung von Produkt- und Geschäftsstrategien Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern, Designern und funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Analysen auf die Unternehmensziele abzustimmen Empfehlung von Verbesserungen bei der Datenerfassung und den Analyseprozessen Optimierung von Feedback-Schleifen durch die Integration von Nutzungsanalysen in Produktentwicklungszyklen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktanalytik, Business Intelligence oder einem verwandten Bereich, vorzugsweise in den Branchen B2B SaaS, Nachhaltigkeit oder Supply Chains Beherrschung von Analysetools (z. B. SQL, Tableau, Looker) und Entwurf von Datenpipelines Ausgeprägte quantitative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zu verwandeln Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit Leidenschaft für datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung und Verbesserung der betrieblichen Effizienz

As a Product Analyst – Business Data & Insights (m/f/d) , reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to improve product performance and enable informed decision-making across the organization. You will drive actionable insights, automate analytics, and create scalable tools to ensure the business leverages data effectively.

What can you expect?

Monitor and analyze key product metrics (e.g., ARR, MAU, retention) to evaluate product performance Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into product success Design scalable data pipelines to centralize KPIs and reduce reliance on ad-hoc requests Implement tools to automate reporting and improve decision-making processes Develop actionable insights to guide product and business strategies Partner with Product Managers, Designers and cross-functional teams to align analytics with company goals Recommend improvements to data collection and analytics processes Enable better feedback loops by integrating usage analytics into product iteration cycles

What should you bring along?

3+ years in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS, sustainability, or supply chain industries Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker) and data pipeline design Strong quantitative skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally Passion for data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency
