Data Manager für unser CRM-System (m/w/d):

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem engagierten Data Manager, der unser CRM-System optimiert und verwaltet, um das Thema Datenqualität maßgeblich voranzutreiben und so zu einem effektiven Marketing sowie Vertrieb und zu begeisternden Kundenerfahrung beitragen möchte.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Verwaltung und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems, einschließlich Datenaktualisierung, Prüfung, Bereinigung sowie Selektion/Zuordnung zu Vertriebsmitarbeitern.
• Stetiger Austausch mit den Mitarbeitern in unseren Autohäusern zwecks Korrektur fehlerhafter Datensätze.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prozessen zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales und Aftersales.
• Identifizierung von Datenquellen und Integration von Daten aus verschiedenen internen und externen Quellen in das CRM-System.
• Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards.
• Schulung von Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit dem CRM-System und der Datenverwaltung.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutzbestimmungen und -richtlinien.

Dein Profil:
• Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von CRM-Systemen, idealerweise mit RSP+ (CRM-System der BMW Handelsorganisation). Bspw. als Vertriebsassistenz, Backoffice, CRM-Management oder auch als Service-Assistenz o.ä.
• Kenntnisse in der Datenbankverwaltung und -analyse.
• Fähigkeit, mit komplexen Daten zu arbeiten und klare Erkenntnisse daraus abzuleiten.
• Kommunikations- und Schulungsfähigkeiten, um das Team im Umgang mit dem CRM-System zu unterstützen.
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutzbestimmungen und -richtlinien.
• Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität.
