Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Senior Information Security Manager:in Risk & Audit (w/m/d) für die DB Energie GmbH am Standort Frankfurt (Main). Deine Aufgaben: Als Senior Information Security Manager:in Risk & Audit bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung des Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in verschiedenen Geltungsbereichen der DB Energie GmbH und stellst die erfolgreiche Rezertifizierung sicher Du entwickelst die Prozesse zum Risiko- und Auditmanagement in der 2nd Line of Defense weiter und trägst Verantwortung für eine wirksame Umsetzung Als Spezialist:in auf deinem Gebiet erkennst du frühzeitig Risiken und Schwachstellen in informationsverarbeitenden Assets, leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ab und überwachst die Maßnahmenumsetzung Mit deiner Expertise begleitest du Audits und Revisionsprüfungen im Bereich Informationssicherheit und führst selbst interne sowie externe Audits durch In der DB Cyber Security Community vertrittst du die DB Energie GmbH und entwickelst durch den Austausch unsere Cyber Security kontinuierlich weiter Dein Profil: Basis deines Werdegangs bildet dein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach- / Hochschulstudium als (Wirtschafts-)Informatiker:in, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieur:in oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich Dich zeichnet deine praktische Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb eines ISMS nach ISO 27001, im Erstellen von IT-Sicherheitsberichten und Richtlinien sowie in der Umsetzung des IT-Sicherheitsgesetzes (IT-SiG) aus Du bringst weitreichendes Wissen und relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheitsmanagement mit, idealerweise nachgewiesen über Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM oder CRISC Mit den komplexen Themen des IT-Betriebs bist du vertraut und bist in der Lage dein Fachwissen in die zuständigen Fachbereiche zu vermitteln Dir fällt es leicht, mit Kolleg:innen und Vorgesetzten verschiedenster Hierarchieebenen auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren und diese von deinen Ideen zu überzeugen
