Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance Teams am Standort Köln suchen wir einen Financial Controller (m/w/d), der Lust hat unseren Bereich mitzugestalten und operativ zu unterstützen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Controlling, Analyse und Planung von Ertrags- und Kostenkennzahlen 
  • Mitwirkung bei der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung des Ertrags- und Kostencontrollings 
  • Begleitung und Vorbereitung des jährlichen Prozesses zur strategischen Finanzplanung 
  • Ad-hoc Analysen zu Sonderthemen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Geschäftsbereichen, sowie angrenzenden Teams wie der Finanzbuchhaltung, Fondsadministration und Risikocontrolling
  • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit an Projekten im Finanzbereich
Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling, gerne innerhalb der Finanzbranche
  • Kenntnisse: MS-Office Paket
  • Qualifikation: Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (WiWi), Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Finance/Controlling
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
  • Darüber hinaus: Analytisches Denkvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick
Unser Team

Das Team Finance & Tax ist im Bereich Compliance Risk & Finance angesiedelt und besteht derzeit aus 4 Mitarbeitenden. Wir kümmern uns um die Themenbereiche Steuern, Finanzbuchhaltung, Accounting und Controlling mit dem übergreifenden Ziel, von unseren Dienstleistern und Vertragspartnern stets als zuverlässiger Partner wahrgenommen zu werden und die effektive Steuerung des Unternehmens zu unterstützen.
