  • Proaktive Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer durch Verwaltung und Analyse von Kundendaten, Marktdaten und Produktportfolios
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenbetreuern überwachen und verfolgen Sie Ausschreibungen und Angebote und verwalten Kundenfragebögen und Nachhaltigkeitsberichte 
  • Sie übernehmen die Führung in der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden in Bezug auf Artikelformulare und Aktionsvorschläge
  • Sie veranlassen Mustersendungen für neue Verpackungen, etc.
  • Sie arbeiten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um den erfolgreichen Abschluss der Verkaufsprozesse zu unterstützen
  • Sie erstellen periodische Berichte über Umsatz, Sortiment, Rentabilität, kundenspezifische Berichte, sowohl für internen Gebrauch als auch für den Kunden 
  • Sie bereiten Angebote für die Kundenbetreuer vor  
  • Sie koordinieren kleine Kundenprojekte und sind der interne Kommunikator für kundenbezogene Fragen (z.B. QS, interne Daten, Materialzustände)

 

 


  • Sie verfügen vorzugsweise über einen Masterabschluss und Erfahrung in einem großen, schnelllebigen Unternehmen im Kundenservice, Innendienst oder einer Vertriebsunterstützungsfunktion 
  •  ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, eine weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Eine kundenorientierte Denkweise ist ein Muss
  •  Sie arbeiten problemlos mit neuen IT-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP) und verfügen über hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse
  •  Sie sind flexibel und ein konstruktiver Teamplayer, der uns hilft, strukturiert zu wachsen
