Your mission

Zur Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung unseres Financebereichs suchen wir ab sofort eine/n:

Director, FP&A and Accounting (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (80%)

Diese Position berichtet an den Senior Director, Finance and Operations EMEA und umfasst folgende Verantwortlichkeiten:
• Leitung eines kleinen Accounting Teams und einer Fachkraft im Reporting, mit direkter Personalverantwortung
• Übergeordneter Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und sonstige externe Stellen für sämtliche buchhalterische und bilanzielle Fragestellungen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS, HGB und Steuerrecht sowie Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen (Steuerprüfungen, Wirtschaftsprüfungen, interne Audits)
• Beratung der Fachabteilungen in sämtlichen Fragen des Steuerrechts (Umsatz-, Lohnsteuer etc.)
• Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Steueranmeldungen / Steuererklärungen
• Mitwirkung im strategischen Finanzmanagement und Projekten
• Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsprozesse, der Digitalisierung und des internen Kontrollsystems
• Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports

Your profile

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Steuern, Accounting, Controlling oder vergleichbar. Alternativ eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter, Betriebswirt / Fachwirt Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaft, Finance (m/w/d)
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen in vergleichbarer Position mit Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB und IFRS
  • Integrität, Eigeninitiative, Zielstrebigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuerberatung von Unternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Buchführung, der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung und der Bilanzierung (nach Handels- und Steuerrecht)
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Projektsteuerungskompetenz
  • Kreativität, Analysefähigkeit und hohe Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit, hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den aktuellen MS-Office-Produkten, Erfahrung in der Nutzung eines ERP-Systems (SAP von Vorteil)
  • Englisch – sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
