Aufgaben- Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die Akquisition und das Onboarding neuer Seller auf unserer Plattform.
- Strategisches Projektmanagement für die Seller von Vertragsverhandlungen über technische Integration bis zum Go-Live.
- Kollaboration mit Senior Stakeholders wie Strategischer Einkauf, Retail Media, Tech und dem Marktplatz Account Management.
- Leitung strategischer Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Marktplatzes und Erschließung neuer Produktgruppen.
- Ownership des gesamten Hunting Funnels und Entwicklung von Strategien, um quantitative und qualitative Ziele zu erreichen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft/ Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengang.
- Erfahrung im Prozess- und Projektmanagement.
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und starkes Verständnis für Zahlen, Daten und Analysen.
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Netzwerkqualitäten.
- Teamfähigkeit, selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
