Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Selbstständige und vollumfängliche Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Anfragen der Wirtschaftsprüfer Abwicklung von Prüfungen durch externe Aufsichtsbehörden, insbesondere Finanzamt (Betriebsprüfung, Lohnsteuerprüfung, Sozialversicherungs-Prüfung) Durchführung der Intercompany-Abstimmung Erstellung von Cashforecasts Anlagenbuchhaltung Verbuchung der Banken Kreditorenbuchhaltung Kontenklärung und Kontenabstimmung Abstimmung der Lohnbuchhaltung Betreuung der IFRS-Nebenbücher (insbesondere Global lease center) Prüfung und Freigabe von Bestellanforderungen in Ariba Implementierung zentraler Anpassung in der lokalen Buchhaltung in enger Abstimmung mit Corporate Accounting, Treasury & Tax Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen /-abrechnungen Statistische Meldungen Durchführung von Projekten zur Verbesserung von Prozessen in der Buchhaltung (z. B. Optimierung des Rechnungsflusses Fachliche Schulung und Einarbeitung der Auszubildenden im Bereich Accounting
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachgehilfe oder vergleichbar Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung der Finanzbuchhaltung Vollumfängliche Kenntnisse der Bilanzierung nach IFRS Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Word Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Zahlenaffinität und ein hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
