Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Strategist fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2) to join our team in Berlin. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leading global brands to enhance their online presence and drive engagement through effective social media strategies. Your expertise will empower advertisers to tell compelling stories, connect with their target audiences, and execute impactful campaigns that resonate across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consultant: Engage directly with clients to develop tailored social media strategies that amplify brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct inbound and outbound communications, providing expert guidance and insights that enable businesses to leverage the full potential of social media.
  • Platform Expertise: Attain Meta Blueprint Certification and cultivate a deep understanding of social media dynamics, ensuring you are equipped with the latest industry knowledge.
  • Campaign Development: Utilize your marketing acumen to design and implement creative campaigns that effectively convey each brands unique narrative.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Linguistic Proficiency: Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch and B2 level proficiency in English, enabling clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Enthusiastic Learner: A genuine curiosity and eagerness to expand your knowledge, combined with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and deliver tailored recommendations that meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: A base salary of 33,000 EUR annually (approximately 2,750 EUR per month), with the potential to earn an additional 7,500 EUR in performance-based bonuses annually (625 per month).
  • Bilingual Bonus: An additional 300 EUR per month for your language proficiency.
  • Total Monthly Earnings Potential: Up to 3,675 EUR , including base salary, potential bonuses, and language compensation.
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to 1,900 EUR for candidates relocating from outside Germany, or 700 for those moving within Germany (minimum 100 km).
