Gesamtverantwortung für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von komplexen Kundenprojekten im internationalen Umfeld im vorgegebenen Zeit- und Kostenbudget Optimierung der konsolidierten Projektmarge (proaktives Management, Change Management, Claim Management) Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und eines exzellenten Serviceniveaus für alle externen und internen Kunden (durch exzellente Lieferperformance, Qualität und andere Dienstleistungen) Betreuung der Kunden während des gesamten Projektverlaufs, auch im Hinblick auf Änderungswünsche und Reklamationen Unterstützung und Ausbau einer Projektkultur in der Business Unit und Unterstützung der Projektleiter im Falle von Eskalationen Anwendung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung von Regelwerken und Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools Führung und Überwachung der Ressourcenplanung auf Basis unternehmerischen Ziele Multiprojektcontrolling zur übergeordneten Budget- und Terminplanung und deren Nachverfolgung Interaktion mit dem regionalen Management, den Produkt- und Verkaufsabteilungen sowie den unterstützenden Abteilungen, um eine effiziente und effektive Abwicklung der Projekte zu gewährleisten
Ihr Profil
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik (oder gleichwertige technische Ausbildung) mit Zusatzausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement inklusive fundiertem Fach- und Methodenwissen, wünschenswert mit Zertifizierung ( IPMA Level C oder B) Ausgeprägte Managementkompetenzen, unternehmerisches, strategisches, zielorientiertes und innovatives Denken und Handeln Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Terminbewusstsein Reisebereitschaft und Diskretion im Kundenkontakt Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
