Projects location: Dresden area, Eastern Germany
Your Role:
  • Manage construction activities of high-tech industrial projects
  • Ensure quality, procedures, and workflows on the construction site
  • Coordinate construction activities and subcontractors
  • Review and oversee construction progress
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  • Review and approve on-site measurements
  • Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
  • Engage in site inspections and acceptance inspections
  • Record and track defects


Requirements
  • Relevant education in construction
  • Professional experience in construction supervision of investment projects
  • Good knowledge of building codes, laws, local regulations and standards
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for extended periods of time
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2), both written and spoken
