Your tasks:

Actively take over vehicles and carry out dialog acceptances Advise and support customers Create vehicle diagnoses, determine the scope of customer service and repair work and create repair orders Coordinate team utilization, order items and adherence to deadlines Carry out test drives Returning vehicles Qualifikationen Completed technical vocational training Master craftsman's certificate in the automotive trade, certified service advisor (f/m/d) or comparable qualification Professional experience in service support desirable Confident appearance, contact and communication skills as well as customer orientation Ability to work in a team and enjoy dealing with people High motivation and flexibility
