(Junior) Project Manager (w/m/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Projektmanagement: Definition der Projektrollen, der Stakeholder & des Projektumfangs und der entsprechenden Anforderungen. Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Leistung, proaktives Änderungs- und Risikomanagement.
  • Projektadministration: Nutzung von Project Management Tools wie ServiceNow, Vision und Confluence.
  • Change-Management: Aktive Unterstützung bei Veränderungsprozessen.
  • Berichterstattung: Kontinuierliche Berichterstattung des Projektstatus und der Projektfortschritte. Erarbeitung von Kennzahlen, Kennzahlenkontrolle und Ableitung notwendiger Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Anforderungsmanagement: Unterstützung von Entwicklerteams bei Projekten durch professionelles Anforderungsmanagement aus Business Sicht.
  • Weiterentwicklung des PMO: Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung des Project Management Offices (PMO) für die PAUL HARTMANN Deutschland (PHD).
  • Beratung und Coaching: Unterstützung und Beratung der funktionalen Projektmanager mit Projektmanagement-Know-how. Sparringspartner während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus und projektspezifisches Coaching.

Kompetenzen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) in BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation durch Berufserfahrung und Fortbildungsmaßnahmen
  • Verständnis des Order-to-Cash-Prozesses und kundenorientierte Denkweise
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden (z.B. PRINCE2, Scrum, PMP) von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit zur Übersicht komplexer Prozesse, Strukturen und Abhängigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbständige, vorausschauende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
