Was erwartet dich?
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswertung von Vertrags- und Sicherheitendokumenten in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und Italienisch für die Indeckungnahme von Hypothekendarlehen
  • Du übernimmst die Dateneingabe in das System TXS auf Basis der Vertrags- und Sicherheitendokumentation
  • Du erstellst Reports zur Pfandbriefdeckung/Pfandbriefumlauf mit Hilfe des Systems TXS
  • Du überwachst laufend die Pfandbriefdeckung/Pfandbriefumlauf (Limits/Datenbestand) mit Hilfe des Systems TXS
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz-/Bankwesen mit 
  • Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Kreditverträgen (gewerblich, dt./engl./frz.) und dem Grundbuch (Deutschland/Frankreich/Spanien/Italien und weitere Rechtsordnungen)
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Pfandbriefgeschäft
  • Du sprichst Deutsch (auf mind. C1-Niveau), Englisch (auf mind.C1-Niveau) und Französisch (auf mind. B2-Niveau) 
  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Finanz-/Bankwesen oder im juristischen Bereich
