Robotics Control Expert

We are excited to invite applications from experienced professionals in the field of robotic systems control. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced control techniques combined with AI to create better robotic applications. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in developing and deploying controllers for robotic systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy controllers for robotic applications, focusing on nonlinear optimal control, quadratic programming (QP), robust control, or model predictive control (MPC).
• Support our team in robustifying existing controllers.
• Support the research arm of the company in the area of control theory.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Control, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with real-time systems
• Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: nonlinear optimal control, QP, robust control, or MPC, with demonstrated practical applications in robotics
• Solid knowledge of dynamics, kinematics, sensors, and other robotics-specific domain knowledge
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python (experience with ROS2 is desirable)
