Manager Quality (m/w/d) für den Bereich Supplier Quality

Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung, Organisation, Budgetplanung und Auslastungskontrolle des Bereichs Supplier Quality Assurance Unterstützung der Produktion und des Kundendiensts beim Analysieren von Problemen in Abhängigkeit der Lieferanten Analysieren von Qualitätsdaten, um Problemschwerpunkte zu ermitteln, die Güte stetig zu verbessern und KPIs zu verfolgen Aufbau eines wirkungsvollen Lieferanten-Qualitätsmanagements sowie Entwicklung der Lieferanten in enger Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Einkauf Eigenständige Reklamationsabwicklung mit den Lieferanten Unterstützung der Qualitätsleitung bei der Entwicklung der eigenen Mitarbeiter/innen, der vorausschauenden Personalplanung und dem Identifizieren von Talenten

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Praxiserfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement oder der Qualitätssicherung wünschenswert Erste Erfahrungen in der Mitarbeiterführung Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung und Auswertung von ERP-Systemen Englische Sprachkenntnisse
