Technical Trainer (M/W/D) - in Direktvermittlung

Für unseren Kunden, ein Unternehmen im Bereich Medizintechnik, suchen wir Sie in Direktvermittlung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie konzipieren und führen technische Schulungen durch sowohl in unserem Headquarters als auch weltweit, in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache
  • Neben der Erstellung und Pflege der Schulungsunterlagen und Handbücher sorgen Sie für die aktive Vermittlung der Gerätetechnik sowie der Arbeits- und Wartungsanweisungen
  • Mit Ihrem Know-how tragen Sie zur Weiterentwicklung unserer WIKI Wissensdatenbank bei und leisten bei Entwicklungs- und Serviceprojekten, insbesondere zu Themen der Serviceability, wertvolle Unterstützung
  • Daneben coachen Sie Ihre Team Mitglieder proaktiv zur effektiven selbständigen und effizienten Störungsbehebung
Ihr Profil

  • Ihre Qualifikation basiert auf einer technischen Berufsausbildung verbunden mit einer Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister bzw. einem Studium in Medizin-, Elektro- oder Informationstechnik, alternativ haben Sie einen vergleichbaren technischen Hintergrund
  • In Ihrer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung haben Sie Ihr elektrotechnisches Verständnis vertieft sowie sich idealerweise Know- how als Trainer für erklärungsbedürftige technische Produkte angeeignet
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Methoden- und Präsentationskompetenz zeichnen Sie aus
  • Mit Ihrem verhandlungssicheren Deutsch und Englisch, sowie Ihrem interkulturellen Verständnis punkten Sie bei Trainingsteilnehmern und Kunden
  • Sie bringen Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher internationaler Reisetätigkeit mit
