Dafür stehst Du auf:
Du koordinierst und managst relevante IT-Prozessen (Incident Management, Problem Management, ISMS, Datenschutz, Change Management, Release Management) innerhalb der von Dir verantworteten IT-Applikationen im Sinne von ITIL Du überwachst und koordinierst den Lebenszyklus neuer und bestehender IT-Applikationen und baust ein Service Lifecycle Management im Einklang mit der IT-Strategie, den IT-Architektur-Roadmaps und im Sinne einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung auf Du stellst die Nutzung des bestehenden IT-Servicemodells einschließlich der Dokumentation von IT-Applikations-relevanten Informationen sicher Du verwaltest die IT-Applikations-Budgets und setzt alle sicherheitsrelevanten Compliance-Anforderungen entsprechend der Konzern-Sicherheitsstandards um Du nimmst an Status- und Management-Meetings entsprechend der mit den Kunden und Dienstleistern vereinbarten Service Level Agreements teil und stellst entsprechende Berichte für Spezialisten, Benutzer und Manager bereit Du berätst und unterstützt die operativen Fachbereiche und internen Fachgremien zu aktuellen Herausforderungen und zukunftsorientierten IT-Lösungen Du richtest unsere IT-Applikationen prozessorientiert aus und entwickelst sie gemäß der Konzern-IT-Strategie und unter Berücksichtigung von Innovationen der IT-Branche weiter
