Aufgaben

Die Low Budget Design Hotelkette hat sich erfolgreich in Deutschland und Europa positioniert. Mit Projekten wie aktuell in New York, wollen wir weitere Märkte erobern. Neben erstklassigen innerstädtischen Standorten sind vor allem ein hoher Servicestandard, wertige Materialien und gutes Design die prägenden Elemente. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail erzählen alle Hotels ihre eigene, regionale Geschichte, die die Gäste überraschen und immer wieder begeistern.

Unter anderem erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

Sie setzten eigenverantwortlich kreative und innovative Hoteldesignkonzepte für unsere Neueröffnungen und Re-Designs um Sie sind die Schnittstelle in Kommunikation und technischer Abstimmung im Team (Innendesign/Einkauf), mit den Hotelbetrieben, Fachplaner*innen, Generalunternehmer*innen und Handwerker*innen Sie sind Hauptansprechpartner*in für Innenausbau und Einrichtung in der Umsetzungsphase des Projektes Sie steuern die budgetorientierte Umsetzung und Terminüberwachung der Projekte an Sie nehmen Anteil an der Qualitätsüberwachung und –sicherung der Inneneinrichtung in den Hotels Sie unterstützen die Hotelbetriebe bei der Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

Sie haben Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Innenarchitektur, Schreinergewerke, Holztechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechendem Hintergrund Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement mit Sie sind kreativ und begeisterungsfähig Sie haben eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Sie bringen Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft mit Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind gut Ihr Umgang mit MS Office ist sicher
