Ihre Aufgaben: 

Als Technischer Außendienstberater (m/w/d) helfen Sie uns dabei, unsere Kunden durch Ihr Know-How erfolgreicher zu machen. Dabei erfüllen Sie . folgende Aufgaben:

Represents and promotes company, materials, solutions, service and other business benefits. Follows and implements all applicable organisational and local legislation. Creates and uses proper market knowledge. Communicates competitive information, new products and selling issues to sales team. Continuously supports the development of customer orientated solutions. Advises customers of product line changes and improvements. Manages product & system trials at designated customer facilities. Communicates extended product knowledge in vehicle refinish paint technology. Assists with equipment installations and modifications/adjustments at customer level. Evaluates product complaints and proposes best way to resolve problem. Works with laboratory on current technical issues. Maintains customer technical service issues on file for follow-up. Conducts technical training seminars at customers’ facilities and S-W training centers. Trains customers on product knowledge and application methods. Contributes to the development of adequate training documentation.  Attends coatings seminars and trade shows pertinent to sales/marketing. Maintains and develops expertise in paint shop management Following up continual personal progress and improvement. Plans his/her work effectively with respect of time and stated targets. Formal Education:

Required : Master Vehicle Refinish Painter

Preferred : Master Coating Technology, Industrial Foreman Paint

Knowledge & Experience:

Required : Sales experience, Commercial knowledge, Industry product knowledge, Technical/chemical/process knowledge.

Preferred : Paint Shop Owner, Sales Technical Representative Paint Manufacturing or related Industry 

Technical/Skill Requirements:

Required: Good computer skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with all levels of internal and external contacts, Ability to interface effectively with sales, technical and manufacturing management.

Preferred : Affinity for Teaching

Travel Requirements (time spent away from home or other typical office location) : 75%
