How you will spend your time as our next Junior PLM Specialist in Food Manufacturing:
As our Junior PLM Specialist in Food Manufacturing (internally titled Junior Business Application Specialist – PLM), you will contribute to developing and implementing Intersnack Group's IT solutions, focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications.
What you will do:
- Assist in integrating new software into our systems, validating functional requirements, and ensuring compliance.
- Help translate business requirements into practical IT solutions, creating technical designs and documentation in the process.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and report to the Group Solution Owner (GSO).
- Support the rollout of IT solutions across European and global plants.
- Ensure IT business system solutions align with strategic objectives and process requirements.
- Provide daily business support and assist in the management of the support unit.
- Document internal IT processes and manage updates to application configurations.
What we expect of you:
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and specification management, especially within an FMCG food business, is preferred.
- Interest in working with IT applications in a support role, rather than simply as a user.
- Experience working with PLM for process applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with PLM change projects and process management is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
