Investment Manager

As our Investment Manager in our Munich/Planegg office, you will be part of the project team responsible for commercial aspects of our Power2Gas investment projects. You will join a very international and exceptional team of business developers, engineers, and scientists, and work directly with our CCO and CFO.
- Analyse the profitability, assumptions, and risks profile of our projects
- Participate in the negotiations of the project agreements and business case
- Develop a standard financial model and documentation for investment decisions (equity and debt)
- Discuss and evaluate project leads and market entry strategies with our BD team in EU and North America
- Prepare presentations for investors, key partners, and the investment board
- 2-5 years experience in BD, finance or M&A with a bank, an investment company, utility/developer or an advisory firm in infrastructure
- Master's degree in business, economics, science, engineering, or a related field
- Solid skills and experience in financial modeling (Excel)
- Experience in the energy or gas sector is a plus
- Analytical, yet pragmatic mindset with good common sense
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good written and verbal English skills, German language is a plus
- Valid German work permit is mandatory
