Das erwartet Dich bei uns
Als IT Project Manager (m/w/d) gestaltest Du die Prozesse im Senger Competence Center für IT und Digital Solutions. Du bist verantwortlich für die Architektur und Optimierung der ITSM-Prozesse, einschließlich des Aufbaus, der Pflege und der Optimierung eines zentralen IT-Service-Portfolios sowie der Sicherstellung von SLAs und OLAs. Du übernimmst die Product Ownership für die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung einer Applikations- und Hardware-Datenbank basierend auf Jira Assetmanagement. Zudem bereitest du IT-Projekte vor, initiierst sie, überwachst und steuerst sie bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Dabei kommunizierst du mit relevanten Stakeholdern, dokumentierst die Projektfortschritte und berätst das Projektteam mit deinem methodischen Know-how. Du stellst die Projekt- und Systemdokumentation sicher, überwachst das Risikomanagement, führst Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen durch und betreibst Budgetcontrolling
Damit begeisterst Du uns
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Naturwissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (agilen) Projektmanagement bringst Du mit. Du hast Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Priorisierung von Anforderungen und weist idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit cross-funktionalen Teams auf. Kenntnisse in Jira/Confluence, SQL und ein technisches Verständnis der Softwareentwicklung sind von Vorteil. Weit ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Proaktivität und Umsetzungsstärke ("Can do"-Mentalität) sowie verbindliches Handeln in der Lieferung von Lösungen runden Dein Profil ab.
