We are seeking a highlypassionate manager (d/f/m) to lead our talent development programs for senior/topmanagement, as well as our trainee/graduate program for commercial talents inSales and Marketing. The development program aims at accelerating the developmentof our leaders. The graduate program focuses on attracting the best younggraduates. The aim of the graduate program is to provide participants with anexceptional training and development experience that will equip them for asuccessful career in the commercial world of Henkel Adhesive Technologies.

The programs arerunning, and it will be your job to be the go-to-person and manage all relatedactivities including regularly collecting feedback and integrating lessonslearned.

YOUR ROLE
  • Join the central Organizational Excellence team and play an important role in accelerating the “People & Culture” transformation at Adhesive Technologies
  • Collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international environment with numerous stakeholders (Business Leaders, HR, Strategy) and be in a prime position to grow your network across the global organization and its leaders
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity and continuous learning and development, and encourage participants to share their experiences and insights with their peers
  • Ensure successful execution of the programs incl. related activities
  • Monitor and evaluate programs’ effectiveness and impact to drive their continuous improvement
  • Manage program budgets and resources effectively
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master’s degree in business-related studies, e.g., in business administration, economics, human resources, marketing, sales, organizational behavior, psychology or similar
  • First practical and/or international experience e.g., by some work experience (1-3 years), former internships or semesters abroad
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills; esp. experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources, preferably in a training and development context
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Self-organized, team-oriented, creative and passionate about what you are doing
  • Fluent English language skills are required, German language skills or additional proficiency in any other major European language are a plus
