Uns alle vereint ein tiefes Verständnis für Technologie und der Spaß daran, die bestmöglichen Lösungen für renommierte Unternehmen zu gestalten. Wir entwickeln in agilen, interdisziplinären Teams individuelle, datenbasierte Lösungen und Machine-Learning-Architekturen und setzen dafür auf Cloud-Umgebungen in der Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud. Im Zuge des Wachstums suchen wir dich zur Erweiterung unseres Teams.

Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich

Du entwickelst als Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams Lösungen aus den Bereichen Generative AI und Natural Language Processing (z. B. OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini) Du konzipierst und implementierst Softwarelösungen im Python-Umfeld auf Basis moderner Frameworks und Technologien Du übernimmst die Erstellung von Software und Datenpipelines für die Anbindung von KI-Modellen Du sicherst permanent die Qualität der Arbeitsergebnisse inklusive der Konformität zu unseren Architekturrichtlinien Du unterstützt in Angebotsprozessen und erstellst Aufwandsschätzungen Du hilfst und berätst bei der Auswahl von Technologien, evaluierst diese und führst sie ein Du entwickelst die eingesetzten Technologien und Methoden als Teil unseres Expertenteams kontinuierlich weiter Du bringst dich aktiv in den Aufbau unseres AI Competence Clusters in einem agilen Umfeld ein

Wen wir uns wünschen

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Du verfügst über mehrjährige, nachgewiesene Programmierfähigkeiten in objekt-orientiertem Python und SQL Du kennst die gängigen Frameworks (z. B. FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Langchain, pydantic, alembic) Du hast erste Erfahrungen bei der Nutzung von Cloud Services (z. B. Azure, Google, AWS) Du lebst die Clean Code Prinzipien (https:///) und kennst die wichtigsten Design Pattern Du hast Spaß daran Projekte kontinuierlich zu verbessern und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse, da wir in internationalen Teams arbeiten
