Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für die sichere und termingerechte Inbetriebsetzung der Neuanlagen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung des übergeordneten Inbetriebsetzungsplans sowie des Inbetriebsetzungsterminplans in Kooperation mit dem Projektteam und den Lieferanten
  • Definition, Etablierung und Führung der Inbetriebsetzungsorganisation, inklusive der Fachinbetriebnahmeleitungen sowie Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt Management Team (z.B. Gesamtprojektleitung, technische und kaufmännische Projektleitung, Oberbauleitung, etc.) sowie externer Projektpartner:innen
  • Etablierung der Schnittstelle zur Betriebsorganisation sowie Einbindung dieser in den InBetriebNahme-Prozess (IBN) und Abstimmung aller notwendigen Arbeiten
  • Verantwortliche Koordination, Überwachung und Dokumentation aller Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten, inklusive des Probebetriebs und der abschließenden Übergabe der Anlage an die Kunden
  • Überarbeitung und Übergabe der kompletten technischen Dokumentation an den Betrieb sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Meldungen im Rahmen von behördlichen oder genehmigungsrechtlichen Verpflichtungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Projektabschlussberichtes und Sicherstellung des Erfahrungsrückflusses an das Engineering

Your profile


  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Verfahrenstechnik, des Maschinenbaus, oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Langjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, optimalerweise im Energieanlagenbau
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge zu erfassen und in klare Arbeitsanweisungen umzusetzen
  • Sensibilität für sicheres Arbeiten und potentielle Gefahren bei Inbetriebnahmeprozessen
  • Kommunikations-, Durchsetzungs- und Konfliktlösungsvermögen in einem multidisziplinären und interkulturellen Team
  • Reisebereitschaft national und international
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
