Von der Unterstützung bei Facebook-Messenger-Anfragen mit smarten, Social-Media-gerechten Antworten bis hin zur verantwortungsvollen und kompetenten Bearbeitung von Kunden-, Konsumenten- und Athletenanfragen bist Du als Consumer Relation Werkstudent (m/w/d) gefragt und arbeitest hier Hand in Hand mit unserem Brand Marketing Team, internen Departments sowie den Spezialisten im internationalen Headquarter.

CONSUMER RELATION HANDLING

Du unterstützt das Consumer Relation Team – Brand Development & Insights Germany bei der Beantwortung von Konsumentenanfragen über unsere Online-, Offline- und Social-Media-Kanäle in enger und eigenverantwortlicher Abstimmung mit KollegInnen unterschiedlichster Departments.

Zudem ist eine laufende Optimierung und Erstellung von erforderlichen Templates, sowie die Erfolgskontrolle der jeweiligen CR-Marketingkanäle und Sicherstellung der internen Guidelines gefragt.

Mit deinem kreativen Kopf, deinen inspirierenden Ideen und deiner Hands-On Mentalität arbeitest Du im Team am Image der Marke und der Kundenzufriedenheit im direkten Kunden- und Konsumentenkontakt. Dabei behältst Du immer das große Ganze und die übergeordnete Markenstrategie im Blick.


Hier zählen Erfahrung und bisher erbrachte Leistungen
  • Eingeschriebene(r) Student(in) an einer Universität oder Hochschule
  • Du bist am Anfang deines Bachelorstudiums, bestenfalls in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung im Marketing durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten gesammelt
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein guter Schreibstil
  • Proaktives und kreatives Mindset sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Selbstständigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • In Dir steckt die Extraportion Energie, Charme und Aktionismus?
  • Last but not least: Sie sprühen vor Leidenschaft für Red Bull ;-)
