YOUR ROLE- Be part of AQM Strategic Marketing Central Product & Technology Management team and support the implementation of Portfolio Management initiatives across Henkel Adhesive Technologies, focusing on Portfolio Intelligence workstream of Product & Portfolio Excellence digital program
- Support various new use cases for Portfolio Intelligence initiative with implementation in BI reporting environment & rollout to SBU stakeholders & functions (e.g., with "Sample Excellence" initiative)
- Coordinate & execute the Product Portfolio governance processes and frameworks, incl. collecting & structuring demand from SBUs, implementing changes in corresponding systems, coordinating with GBS+, monitoring related data quality metrics
- Develop a comprehensive manual for Portfolio Classification governance process, integration with other Strategic Master Data fields, own & update the document as required, provide training & support to involved SBU stakeholders
- Act as a Data Steward for the established Product & Services Data Domain and support ADAP project team and business stakeholders with required expertise with focus on Strategic Master Data
- Develop frameworks, concepts & presentations to improve other areas of our Product Management processes & tools, support corresponding projects in AQM Strategic Marketing Focus Area and cross-functionally
- Successfully completed master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in working with key business stakeholders in individual (interviews, 1:1 meetings) and group setting (workshops, community meetings, etc.)
- Knowledge & good understanding of main applications & technologies in Adhesive Technologies product portfolio, as well as understanding of key end customer applications in major markets
- Strong analytical skills including understanding of technologies, brands, product attributes, profitability and good knowledge of financial models
- Strong technical IT literacy incl. SAP knowledge, PowerBI and other data analytics & visualization applications
- Ability to simplify & explain complex concepts to various audiences, self-confidence and good influencing skills
- Ability to work with large groups of users, strong presentation & communication skills in both virtual and real settings
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual with open minded and performance oriented attitude with customer centricity mindset
