AufgabenAufgaben

Beratung von Kunden bei der Organisation und Steuerung von komplexen Infrastrukturprojekten ​ Begleitung von Genehmigungs- und Bauprozessen von Europas größten Infrastrukturprojekten im Energiesektor sowie Konzeptionierung digitaler Lösungen für eine lückenlose Projektabwicklung ​ Strukturierung und Leitung von Projekten​ Entwicklung von Methoden zur effizienten Projektsteuerung sowie ganzheitliche Beratung der Kunden zu allen Projektherausforderungen ​ Unterstützung Deines Projektteams bei Analysen und der Entwicklung von Projektergebnissen​ Projektsteuerung mit Fokus auf folgende Themen:
 ​ Risikomanagement (z.B. Identifizierung und Dokumentation potenzieller Risiken im Projekt, Mithilfe bei der Bewertung der Auswirkungen und Wahrscheinlichkeiten der identifizierten Risiken, Pflege des Risikoregisters und anderer Dokumente im Zusammenhang mit dem Risikomanagement)Terminplanung (z.B. Aktualisierung des Terminplans in Projektmanagement-Tools, Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Dokumentation von Abhängigkeiten zwischen verschiedenen Aktivitäten, Erstellung einfacher Reports und Auswertungen zum Projektfortschritt und den Terminplänen)Controlling (z.B. Erfassung und Verarbeitung von Projektdaten, z. B. Kosten, Budgets und Ressourcen, Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Analysen zur finanziellen Leistung des Projekts, Überwachung von Projektbudgets und -kosten, um Abweichungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu melden)​

Sehr guter fachbezogener Studienabschluss​ Erste berufliche Erfahrungen, Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Consulting oder anderem fachbezogenen Kontext  Sehr gute Analysefähigkeit und konzeptionelle Denkweise​ Strukturierte, professionelle und kundenzentrierte Arbeitsweise​ Großes Interesse an aktuellen Trends in der Energiewirtschaft und neuen Technologien  Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit​ Eine offene, kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit  Motivation zur aktiven Einbringung von Ideen und Mitwirkung an unternehmerischer Weiterentwicklung  Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch​ in Wort und Schrift Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft​ und Flexibilität Erste berufliche Erfahrungen, Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im Consulting oder im Kontext linearer Infrastruktur Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung nach IPMA oder PMI ist ein Plus​
