As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 30+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

We are supported by partners like Krombacher, Flaschenpost, Scalable Capital and DAZN, but there are still 1-2 bangers in the pipeline that you can be excited about Furthermore, we are supported by successful investors like Ralf Reichert, the CEO of ESL or the entrepreneur Verena Pausder.

For this we need you

  • Leading the design efforts to create visually captivating and cohesive brand experiences.
  • Shaping the visual identity of our brand through marketing materials, in-app graphics, and user interface elements (in collaboration with the product design team).
  • Leveraging your expertise in visual design, branding, and marketing to craft solutions that resonate with our audience.
  • Collaborating closely with development, marketing, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Creating stunning, functional designs that enhance the product’s appeal and contribute to overall success.

  • Design visually engaging design materials (e.g., fundraising assets,  in-app graphics, marketing designs and visual elements that enhance the user experience).
  • Design presentation materials (e.g., slide decks for investors, partners, or clients) that hype up brand partners for potential collaborations
  • Collaborate closely with product design to ensure design consistency across the company.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements in digital products.
  • Take on further design tasks across departments (e.g. people, marketing).
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements.
What do you need

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
  • degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI Design or a related field
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design
  • Full proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma; Sketch)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Fluent English skills
Advantage but not a must

  • Some experience working with motion design
  • Frontend Dev Skills
  • Good knowledge of German
