Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unser Traineeprogramm im strategischen Einkauf kann Ihr Karrierestart in einem international erfolgreichen Unternehmen sein. Das Programm ist auf eine Dauer von 18-24 Monaten angelegt, im dem unterschiedliche Bereiche des Einkaufs durchlaufen werden. Ziel ist es im Anschluss eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe im Einkauf zu übernehmen.

    • 2-4 Stationen: Während des Programms lernen Sie verschiedene Bereiche im  strategischen Einkauf kennen, sowie Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Bereichen und spannende Projekte wie das Lieferkettensorgfaltsgesetz. 
    • Die Zukunft mitgestalten: Sie wirken mit an Projekten zur Unterstützung der  strategischen Ausrichtung des Einkaufs oder zur Verbesserung des CO2-Footprints. Es erwarten Sie spannende Fach- und Projektaufgaben. 
    • Flexibler Starttermin: Wir passen den Starttermin an Ihre Bedürfnisse an. Sie sind von Beginn an Teil unseres Teams und übernehmen Verantwortung ab Tag 1.
Ihr Profil
  • Abschluss: Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnlicher Vertiefung mit Abschluss Diplom/Master 
  • Praxiserfahrung:  erste anspruchsvolle Industriepraktika 
  • Begeisterung und Know-how: kooperativer Arbeitsweise idealerweise bereits Fachwissen im Einkauf oder in der Logistik
  • Qualifikation: hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, proaktives und eigenverantwortliches Handeln, sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Soft Skills: Unternehmerisches Denken, Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung, Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke und Flexibilität 
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
