Security Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Have overall responsibility for the implementation of safety measures and compliance with the company's safety requirements Train employees, contractors, and guests/visitors in accordance with safety manuals and requirements Plan, prepare, and update safety audits and re-audits based on the safety concept, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective and improvement actions Lead the approval and control of access control procedures and regulations within the organization, including the implementation of visitor procedures Control and check the safety systems at regular intervals Analysis of the current situation and status of the entire security system, insurance companies, police, emergency services and fire departments Implement and maintain all safety procedures and requirements in accordance with international standards Assume responsibility for legal, safety, health and personal facts in the safety manuals and documents

Your profile:

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Several years of professional experience would be desirable University degree or a relevant qualification Experience with local safety, labor and trade laws, contact with legal and technical departments Professional understanding of technical processes and dependencies
