Your Mission

Collaborate closely with leadership to advance their strategic objectives, encompassing business planning, expansion into new markets, and initiatives for growth.  Oversee Go-to-Market strategies across global territories, engaging with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.  Lead the development and implementation of operational processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance.  Foster seamless communication and collaboration among departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of key initiatives.  Track and analyze key performance metrics and business indicators, delivering regular updates and insights to founders for informed strategic decision-making.  Support talent acquisition and development endeavors, including recruitment, onboarding, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement. 

Your Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.  2+years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup operations roles, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.  Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to synthesize information, identify insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
